www.celticfreeport.wales and www.porthladdrhyddceltaidd.cymru are websites managed by the Freshwater, on behalf of The Celtic Freeport consortium (made up of Associated British Ports Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and the Port of Milford Haven) henceforth referred to as 'We'. In entering our site you the user ('You') are accepting our Terms and Conditions. The Celtic Freeport consortium event platform is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect from the date of first use.

The Celtic Freeport consortium is the Data Controller and Freshwater (FW) are the Data Processor for information submitted via the Celtic Freeport consortium website, along with any information shared or recordings made during the virtual event. The Celtic Freeport consortium and FW are committed to protecting the rights of individuals in line with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

User registration

To register for the Celtic Freeport consortium launch event, you are required to register on the event platform. 

What information do we collect about you?

The information required in order to register for the event will include your name, email address, role and the name of your organisation (if applicable). We will only use this information to contact you about the event you have registered for.

How will your information be used?

  • Optimising the Celtic Freeport consortium event website 

  • Monitoring levels of registrations to the event.

  • Sending reminder emails to people who have registered for the event.

Once registered, you will receive reminders about the event that you have registered for and a post event evaluation form via email. If you wish to opt out of these email reminders, please contact events@freshwater.co.uk.

Who receives your information?

Freshwater is the main data processor for data collected through the Celtic Freeport consortium event website. We also use third party processors and, as such, may share your information with them. The processing of this information will be in line with the third parties’ privacy policy. The third-party processors we use are as follows:
