As 2025 draws to a close, Celtic Freeport marks a clear shift from planning to delivery across its ports, communities and industrial sites in the latest edition of Celtic Freeport Connections

Momentum continues to build across key policy areas and development sites, including the go-ahead for RWE’s £200 million Pembroke Battery Storage project, the arrival of Dragon LNG’s first turbine components at Pembroke Port and Ocean Winds securing a third 1.5 GW floating offshore wind site in the Celtic Sea.
