The Celtic Freeport will accelerate the low-carbon economy in Wales’ industrial heartland.

Our vision is to create a green investment and innovation corridor to help drive major inward investment, future skills development and national decarbonisation.

The Freeport will support new manufacturing facilities and major port infrastructure upgrades to support the roll-out of floating offshore wind (FLOW) in the Celtic Sea.

It will also provide the backbone for a cleaner future based on the hydrogen economy, sustainable fuels, carbon capture and storage, cleaner steel and low-carbon logistics.

“Our vision is to create a green investment corridor to help drive major inward investment, future skills development and national decarbonisation. As we develop our global development platform, we need a leader to champion new partnerships to bring this vision for change to reality,
