The Celtic Freeport is pleased to welcome Tam Bardell to the team as Growth and Partnerships Director.

Tam joins the Freeport as it moves into its next phase of delivery, helping to create jobs and support the transition to a low-carbon economy across South West Wales.

With extensive experience in business development, energy and strategic infrastructure at the Port of Milford Haven and Marine Energy Wales, Tam will help drive the Freeport’s growth agenda, leading work to secure new investment, build strategic partnerships and advance key projects across the region.

Cathy Hall, Chief Executive of the Celtic Freeport, said:

“Tam brings valuable experience, strong regional relationships and a deep understanding of the opportunities ahead. He will be a great asset as we continue to progress the Freeport’s ambitious vision.”

The Celtic Freeport aims to attract major investment to South West Wales, supporting clean energy, floating offshore wind, hydrogen, advanced manufacturing and port infrastructure.
